Confirmed Case - COVID-19
"The health and safety of our pupils and staff is our top priority. A child tested positive for COVID-19 at the school so we have followed public health guidance and some pupils and staff in a Year 7 bubble are self-isolating as a precautionary measure. These pupils are now accessing remote learning from home, to limit disruption to their education.
As a result of the many robust safety measures the school has in place, it is safe to remain open to all other pupils. We are continuing to work closely with Public Health England and are taking all necessary precautions."
It is imperative that:
If you or anyone in your household needs to take a COVID-19 test or has taken a COVID-19 test, you must not send your children to school. They must stay at home with you and you must call us on 01473 466145 to let us know they are absent. As soon as you get the test result please call this number again.
If anybody in your household receives a positive COVID-19 test result or if you have been asked to self-isolate by NHS Track & Trace, you must please call 01473 466145 immediately.
If you think your child, or anyone in your household, needs to take a COVID-19 test please contact us on 01473 466145 for advice. Do not send your children to school until you have spoken with Mrs Wiernicki.
